There are multiple video and streaming options on EventHub. This article will run through setting up an "Archive Video" for your event. When published, Archive Videos can be watched any time under the 'Video' tab on the event page.
1. Account requirements
You will need a Vimeo plan in order to use this feature. If you intend to use it for commercial purposes, you will need a Pro or Business plan in order to comply with Vimeo's policies.

Embedding a video is free with a Basic plan, but you will not be able to do the following:
- Hide your video on Vimeo.
- Customize the video player
- Turn off other video recommendations after the video has ended.
2. Setting your Archive Video
1. Under 'Event Agenda' > 'Video' click 'Create New'.
2. Enter the Vimeo ID.
The video ID is the code at the end of the video URL. For example, if the URL is https://vimeo.com/XXXXXX, the red digits will be the video ID.

| Display order | In what order the video will be displayed. |
| Date and time to publish/stop publishing | Participants will only be able to watch the video while it is published. |
*Please note that you cannot set a thumbnail for the Archive Video.
