After creating an exhibitor/sponsor list, you can link the exhibitor to their company.
Once linked, when an exhibitor/sponsor page is clicked on from the event page, the linked exhibiting company will also be displayed.
Linked company users will also be able to edit company information from the event page.

1. Get started: How to link exhibitors with companies
There are three ways to connect exhibitors to the Exhibitors and Sponsors page:
- Upload an Excel file
- Register through ticket forms
- Connect users registered with colleague invitations
Only 1 and 3 will be automatically linked to exhibitor sponsor pages. For users registered through ticket forms, users must be linked manually from the Admin page.
If exhibitors are properly linked with their company, you will see a blue link mark next to their'Affiliation' within the 'User List' page. If it is not linked, the company will be displayed in gray.
2. Upload exhibitors with Excel and link to companies
When you upload exhibitors to Excel, if the name in the list of exhibitors and sponsors matches the name of the company the exhibitor belongs to, they will be automatically linked.
If the name does not match, or there are any unnecessary spaces included, they will not be able to link. If you experience an error, please check for mismatches and unnecessary spaces.

3. Link users who have registered through the forms
Users who have registered through the ticket form are not automatically linked, so you will need to link them from the Admin page.
1. Select the user to be linked, and click 'Edit'.
2. In 'Affiliation', please enter the company that the user should be connected to. If the connection is successful, "Connected to [Company_Name]" will appear in blue text. If the connection is unsuccessful, you will receive the message "No linkable company was found". After confirming thatthe name is connected, click 'Save'.
*Please make sure the names are correct when linking companies with users.
3. Linked members will then by displayed on the right-side screen of the event page.
4. Link users who have registered with through colleague invitations
*The colleague invitation function is a special function for exhibitor users only.
Invited colleagues will automatically be given the same permissions (affiliation, search group, interview group) as the inviter.
If the inviter is already associated with an exhibitor or sponsor page, the invited colleague will also beassociated with the same company upon registration.
This function cannot be turned off by the organizer.
1. Select 'Edit profile' from the upper-right-hand corner of the event page.
2. Click on the 'Invite' button to start inviting colleagues.
3. Enter email addresses of the colleagues you would like to invite, and click 'Send'.
4. An invitation email will be sent to the email address/email addresses you entered. When the recipient clicks "Agree and login", they will be redirected to the event registration form where company name will already be filled out. They will need to enter their user information and click "Agree and register".
5. Users who have registered through colleague invitations will have their registration type listed as 'Colleague invitation'. They will also be automatically linked to Exhibitor/Sponsor List.
5. Please note
- There is no limit to the number of exhibitors that can be associated with a single company.
- If a company's name in the exhibitor/sponsor list or the exhibitor user list contains an unnecessary space, it may not be linked properly.
- The order in which the members are displayed is determined randomly and cannot be changed.
