4. Edit exhibitor/sponsor pages
Only organizers can add exhibitors/sponsors from the Admin page, but both organizer and exhibitors can edit company information. Since exhibitors can edit their information at any time, many events require organizers to register only basic information when creating an exhibitor, and then have exhibitors edit their information.
When editing company information, exhibitors will need to edit from their My Page (the event page for participants).
Only users "associated" with the exhibitor will have editing permissions.
Method 1: Edit from the organizer's Admin page
Under Event Agenda > Exhibitor & Sponsor List, select the company you would like to edit and click 'Edit' located in the upper-left.
Method 2: Edit from the exhibitor's event page
Anyone who is a user associated with a company can edit their company's page. Please log in and go to Name > Edit Company from the upper right corner of the screen.
