Depends on the target plan function
At events that have an exchange function, you can meet with participants and exhibitors and exchange messages. Let's guide participants on how to find people and companies they want to interact with and promote their activities.
There is a help page for participants with the same content as this one. Inform participants of the following help pages to facilitate interaction.

1. Search from the participant list
① Click the [Search] tab.
② A list of participants will be displayed, so you can send a message or interview request by clicking the profile of the person you want to interact with.
2. Search by tag
You can generate tags from the items created from [Basic Settings]> [Profile Settings].
Participants can search by tag.
For information on how to set tags, see Setting tags for participants.
3. Search by free word
You can search for participants by entering keywords in the search box.
The target of the free word search is not only the name and company name but also the items entered by the participants in free text format.
Items selected as tags (items registered as single selection or multiple selections) will not be searched.
Also, by searching with a space between multiple words, you can perform an AND search for all applicable users and narrow down the search. The combined use of free words and tags is an AND search.
4. Search by active order, new arrival order, last login order
Participants can be sorted by sorting by [Active order], [New arrival order], and [Last login order] at the upper right of the participant list screen.
Sorting method | explanation |
Active order | Order determined by profile fulfilment and login date and time |
New arrival order | New registration order for the event |
Last login order | The order in which you last logged in to the event page |
5. Search from recommended users
If you don't know what words/tags to search for, or if you are looking for someone who is easy to contact, there is a way to use [Recommended].
On the [Recommended] tab, the system lists the participants who match the logged-in user as automatic recommendations. The maximum number of views is 100 users.
Each displayed user will see the labels Active, Attention, High Match, and Interested in You. Clicking on a label allows you to filter only the users of the label you clicked on.
Label name | explanation |
attention | Users who have been viewed many times |
The high degree of match |
Users who are often searched by users with similar profiles Example) If people tagged with "SaaS company" often search for the tag "engineer", users with the tag "engineer" will be recommended for users with the tag "SaaS company". increase. |
Active |
Users with a rich profile such as icon images and input of a word message |
Interested in you | Users who have added themselves as favourites |
The system automatically sets the display order of users displayed in [Recommended].
The display order cannot be customized or changed. Please note that [High Match] may not be displayed if the number of registered users for the entire event exceeds 10,000.
