3. Setting the date/time
Set the date and time for when you would like participants or companies to be able to start networking with one another.
E.g. Event registration begins from August 1st for your event which takes place on October 1st. If you would like participants to be able to contact and network with each other from one week before the event, you should set the networking mode to begin from September 23rd.
▼ Before networking mode starts, participants will see this screen.
<tips>What happens before networking begins? If a participant logs in to the event page before networking, they will see the message, "COMING SOON", along with the date and time that networking mode will begin. 4. Enabling digital business card exchange
What is digital business card exchange? By integrating EventHub with Sansan's business card app, Eight, this feature allows participants and companies to exchange their business cards online during the event. Participants will be able to send their information to others through a separate chat window as long as they have an account with Eight or Sansan. To enable this feature, please set 'Digital Business Card Exchange' to 'On'.
5. Text field for meeting location
This feature, found under 'Advanced Settings' can only be used for in-person events. For online events, please leave this set to 'Off'.
