The user type (participant/exhibitor) cannot be changed once a participant has been registered. If you wish to change the user type, you will need to delete the user and register them again under the new user type.
Once a participant's information has been deleted, all corresponding data and analytics will also be deleted.
If you require this information, please ensure you export the data before deleting.
