There are six possible reasons why the user list cannot be uploaded.
Check the 6 points, and if the problem persists, please contact customer support.
When making inquiries, please be sure to attach the Excel file you want to upload .
1. Required items are blank
→ If the required items are blank, uploading will not be possible. There is a sheet called "Description" in the template Excel file. Please check the "Required / Optional" for each item.
* The search group and interview room group are often blank. If you have not set a search group / interview room group, enter "default" to upload.
2. You have already registered as a user with the same email address
→ Both exhibitors and visitors can only register one email address at one event. Please check if you have already registered with the same email address.
3. Uploading with old Excel template
→ The Excel template is linked with the items set in "Profile settings".
When you add a profile item, the Excel template item is automatically added, so if you add an item, please download the Excel template again.
4. The title of the Excel file to be uploaded is incorrect
→ When uploading visitors, the name must be "participant", and when uploading exhibitors, the name must be "exhibitor". Please upload without deleting.
5. Contains unnecessary data
→ If unnecessary data (spaces, etc.) is entered in columns other than the entered column, the data capacity will increase and nothing will respond even if you try to upload.
Make sure the file size is 100KB or less.
If the file size is large, delete the data to reduce the size before uploading.
6. I have a key on the file
→ If the file is locked, it cannot be uploaded. Please upload after cancelling.
