1. Questions about specifications

2. Questions from participants
EventHub's customer support does not access personal information on the administration screen due to our security policy. Therefore, we ask that any inquiries from participants be handled by the organizer.
Please check the registration status of participants on the administration page, and if the problem is not resolved on the help page, please contact support by clicking on the callout symbol in the lower right corner of the screen.
Please note that we may ask you to provide us with the information of the participant who is experiencing the problem.
3. System requirements for chat support
The support response uses Zendesk's chat functionality and requires the following system requirements.
